Introduction

Alte University is a fully accredited higher education institution with 20 years of experience and history in the Georgian educational sphere, which unites more than 2,100 students from 17 countries at 5 schools: Business School, School of information technology, International School of Medicine, School of Law, and School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
 
The university currently offers up to 15 undergraduate and graduate academic programs for MBBS in Georgia. Promoting quality education for as many students as possible is a priority for Alte University, which is why a university fund has been set up since 2021 to increase access to quality education and promote research in the educational sphere.
 
30% of the annual donation to the fund is reserved, while the remaining 30% will be used to fund research and 70% to fund student tuition. Currently, nine partners have reserved over 200,000 GEL.

Medicine is a system of scientific knowledge, technologies, and practical measures aimed at diagnosing, treating, and preventing human diseases, maintaining, improving, and prolonging one’s health and working capacity. Thus, it is the most important field, which constantly needs an experienced and professional staff, who is ready to be on guard for someone else’s life at any time.

The International School of Medicine offers Georgian and international students two English-language programs: Medicine and Dentistry.

The international medicine program is designed in accordance with the medical standards of the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME). The School of Medicine is a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the European Education Association (AMEE). Alte University diploma is recognized in all European countries, in USA by ECFMG, in Turkey, India and many other countries.

The teaching language of the programs is English.
